You were heads above the others in your presentation of how you would handle the sale (listing).  Your research, attitude and professionalism were top notch.  You gave me the confidence to list in a down market and you worked with me and the other agent to secure a sale.  During escrow, you offered your considerable experience to help make that as smooth as could be considering a demanding buyer.  Finally, you stepped in to do the buyer's agent's work on several occasions to keep things moving along. 

Sold and closed in seven weeks - in today's market!  That says much.  But what people won't see in the numbers is the compassionate, caring and thoughtful spirit that puts people first.  It has been a pleasure working with you, Lola.  I wish you much success.
